The owner was very nice and accommodating, giving us useful information. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of filtered coffee or espresso. Clean and nicely furnished room with no noise from the road. The connected restaurant was unbelievably excellent, with friendly and caring staff.

The location was practical for my travel plans, with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was included and tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
The hotel overcharged me for the room and it took several emails to sort it out. The lack of a personal greeting and check-in process was slightly off-putting. While the breakfast was enjoyable, it was the same each day and lacked variety.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was excellent, and breakfast was awesome with great coffee options. Hotel facilities were basic but adequate. The location was perfect for us with easy access to transportation, and there was a good restaurant in proximity. Added bonus was that there was parking available, so we didn't have to worry about that.

The location of this hotel is ideal, being situated next to a great restaurant that serves Southern USA style food, and a tram stop that connects directly to the city center. the rooms are clean, nicely furnished, and quiet. the breakfast served at this hotel is amazing, with a choice of filtered coffee or espresso. the hotel also has a lovely backyard that provides tranquility during sunset.
The hotel seemed to lack a personal touch, and there was no one to personally greet the guests upon arrival.
